King Herod's Bum Boys.
I hadn't seen this movie since i was a kid. At the time, I assumed that the two languid-looking young men lounging around on the floor next to Herod the Elder's throne were just two more of his sons.
Now, I realize that the King's sons would present themselves in a much more dignified fashion, as did Herod Antipas, so these two were probably meant to be his bum boys.
Note that after the Elder Herod dies and his son Herod Antipas takes the throne, the two catamites are gone and replaced by Salome the dancing girl and Herodias his wife.
