Did anyone else find it poignant that the very last seen of Joseph Schildkraut's career and life was that of one realizing he was looking upon the face of God?

Nothing to do with this movie, but I think Joseph *beep* also played Judas in the silent version of King of Kings.

You are correct. He had a long career, and I think he did this role extremely well.
