Serious question, not a joke: does anyone actually know how much Max Von Sydow was paid in 1965 for playing Jesus? The budget of the film was reputedly $20 million, according to IMDB, so how much did Max get? None of my business, of course, but I can't help wondering: how much does the leading man get for playing Jesus?
