as good as Genevieve?

I saw Genevieve on PBS about 15-16 years ago, and was curious if anyone has seen both if this is better.

I haven't seen this yet, and I have a feeling it's probably more broadly comic than the simple charm of G (which has a great turn by Kay Kendall), so if anyone has seen both let me know.

It's been some time since I have seen 'Genevieve', but you're quite right in your guess that 'The Great Race' is "more broadly comic than the simple charm of G".
Both are excellent comedies with their own merits.
