Tony Curtis R.I.P

Too sad. Time marches on. Peter Falk is the only one left from this film. Curtis was one of the great movie stars of the 1950's. I remember sneaking back into the theater after a kiddie matinee to see his action movie. Spartacus. Taras Bulba, Black Shield Of Falworth, The Vikings. Never forgot them or him. Looking back,I realize I saw so many of his movies. He wasn't a great actor, but he was a great movie star.

Tony Curtis was awesome with Jack Lemmon. I'm really sad at this news.

RIP The Great Leslie/Josephine/Joe.

Marilyn Monroe: I don't want to be rich. I just want to be wonderful.

It's sad to lose both Dorothy Provine (Lily Olay) and Tony Curtis (The Great Leslie) this year, but they weren't the last surviving stars. Peter Falk (Max) and Marvin Kaplan (Frisbee) are still living. Rest in Peace, Tony (and Dorothy, of course).
