2010, as it draws to a close, has seen three more talents finish the Great Race...

Dorothy Provine - Lilly Olay

Tony Curtis - The Great Leslie

Blake Edwards - The Director.

They will all be missed by us fans, but remembered fondly for the insane hilarity they brought to the film.

It seems that the only Racers left are Peter Falk, Marvin Kaplan and Larry Storch - Max, Frisbee and Texas Jack respectively. I'm sure there are more, if I am missing anyone please correct me!

Oh of course. I never thought they all died this year - of course I had heard of their passings but that is so sad to see three stars of The Great Race left us in the space of months of each other. Dorothy then Tony then Blake. RIP to them all and as always forever to the legendary Jack Lemmon and Natalie Wood.
