Unlikely.
Contemporary newspaper reports (i.e. "The Courier Journal" 23-Oct-1964) say the producers were looking for local people to fill those roles, including "2 Cuties", which will be the women in the yellow dress and pink dress, who kiss The Great Leslie just before the balloon stunt.
