I truely want this movie as well as others on dvd.Does anyone know if these old classics are avaliable?I do remember one movie and i think it was The Ghost and Mr. Chicken when he was reading in front of a crowd of people and he had stage fright and kept clearing his throat and his hands were shaking and voice quivering it was so funny! he would repeat over and over, "LET ME CLARIFY THIS."

I have not seen The Ghost and Mr. Chicken anywhere on DVD but I have rented the VHS tape of it often. You might check with the Universal Pictures website for its availability on DVD. - Jim Robbins

Absolutely! I got mine at Target, along with The Reluctant Astronaut. Just do a search on Amazon and you'll find them all on DVD. You can even find a DVD that compiles this and 3 other Knotts comedies, for about the same price as one.
I have The Ghost and Mr. Chicken DVD here beside me. It also has Reluctant Astronaut, The Shakiest Gun In the West and The Love God. I got it at Walmart (btw, I live in Toronto). Not bad, considering I went looking for The Ghost and Mr. Chicken ONLY! I lucked out.

Yes this movie is on DVD. I have it in my collection!! It's one of my favorites! You can get it at Wal-mart in the Don Knotts collection. There re 4 movies on the DVD. Enjoy!!

I have a different version of the dvd than the others listed above, its a single Ghost and Mr. Chicken release, its a good dvd release

I bought it on DVD in a Don Knotts pack from eBay. It can also be purchased from most record stores as well as WalMart, Tower records and Columbia House
