Nydia Westman who portrays Mrs.Cobb at the boarding house(And they even used Bonami)was involved in another classic comedy/horror film years earlier.

She was in the Bob Hope 1939 movie The Cat & The Canary which involved a group of people gathered for the reading of a will at a eerie mansion located on an island in a southern swamp.

Sounds good.

And this is only the second time I've seen the name Nydia; the first being in the Edward Bulwer Lytton novel The Last Days of Pompeii.
