Ok, "Hot Rods to Hell' was funny but stick around...once the leader starts to throw around her Super 'ha-CHA' deadly judo chop, it gets funnier and, campier.
They had me at "Did somebody mention my figure?!?"
U got lucky! lets see what Bob says after!!
he wont like it as much as Todd I bet.

my thoughts exactly! haha
Todd will be flutteringly thrilled and Bob will be Ho Hum
Bob is probably cringing and yawning at the same time.
I could be wrong though..we'll see!
Well....it would appear that Todd, whoever HE is, is flamingly happy with kitsch and camp......much like John Waters is.
I'm afraid Osbourne will be less gay, and more critical.....being a film historian and critic. I think he appreciates GOOD films more!! LOL
AMEN to THAT!!!
Osborne seemed pretty appalled. That is the first time he has never gushed about a movie he was introducing. You could tell he didn't want to be there. It was funny to watch him.
I love this movie.
he sure did! Oldham loved it, Robert even expressed sarcasm.
I knew he would not like this hahaha
I liked it. alright, im hip already! Billies line.
very 60's! what a movie.
I've been trying to find a copy of this movie for a couple of months; ever since I heard it was inspiration for Death Proof, and I was thirilled to see it on TCM. I loved it, freaking loved it to no end. Funny, great cinematography, pretty good directing, great dialogue, cool cars, hot women with amazing cleavage, and some pretty good violence for a film made in '65.
I was agreeing with everything that Todd guy was saying, and I could tell Robert hated it, which made it funny. The best part was when he said, "Its' like Meyer's Citizen Kane" and Todd was like, "It is!" in all seriousness when Robert was just joking around. LOL! Also cool that Robert and Meyers used to live next door to each other, his story about him was pretty cool.
Yeah I thought it was fantastic. Also cool that White Zombie used some sound bites from the film, that made it better, because Rob Zombie's awesome.
This was the third time they've aired it. The other two times were as part of TCM Underground, late Friday night/early Saturday morning, and I think that was at Rob Zombie's bequest since he was the host of that show when it kicked off. I wish he would have stayed on though. TCM really needs somebody like him or Tarantino around to bring hard to find movies like this out into the open.
I'm curious if Death Proof used some of the same winding roads as Faster Pussycat. They look really similar.
