two couples arriving at an inn or castle and within the first ten minutes of the movie the vampire kills the two men and I think he makes vampires out of the women?

No, two couples do arrive at an inn,but only one of the couples meets the fate you describe.

Maybe within the first 20-30 minutes, not within the first 10 minutes. In this movie, the two couples are carried to the castle by a driver-less carriage.
