Anchor Bay DVD Double Feature with 'Satanic Rites of Dracula'

I have just purchased this from a private seller on Amazon and I find that the discs are double sided with the main feature on one side and extras on the other.

Has anybody else with this set also got the same?

I paid alot for it and hope I have not got a dodgy bootleg here!

I also have a couple of the other titles from Anchor Bay's Hammer Collection double features and both of these are regular dual layer discs.

What's the deal??

I just found a new sealed copy at Border's and it's the same way... 2 double sided disks with the feature on one side and extras on the other.. The weird thing is, both disks are labeled exactly the same so you can't tell what exactly is on each disk. Not only that, the disks are also labeled incorrectly. It took me four tries to actually find the feature I was looking for. +shrugs+

Yeah both discs say the same thing, Prince of Darkness on Side A and Satanic Rites on Side B. Coincidentally i just got the double feature from Borders as well, on sale for $13.99. I couldn't believe they had this. The store only just opened less than 2 years ago yet they're carrying lots of dvds that are out of print.

Why would a copy of this movie be at our border? Did the migrants bring it with them?

Anchor Bay's "The Legend Of The 7 Golden Vampires" is the same way, double sided with material on both sides.

They were always done that way, so it's not a bootleg. I own the same set. It's just a crying shame it's not anamorphic.
