has anyone noticed when the guy gets strung up and gets his throat cut theres loads of blood pouring into the coffin but ! in the long hot you hear the blood pouring in the coffin but theres no blood only the sound of it like a river pouring in.

Not only that, but when he's first strung up he's turning slowly as he hangs. But once his throat is slit, he stays very firmly with his back to the camera, presumably so we can't see that there's no actual slit of his throat and no actual cascade of blood.

I guess you just have to accept it as part of the filming style that made these films possible in the first place.
