After watching this, people often ask, what the story has to do with a "house of horrors"? Many expect a Gothic story, involving torture in some dark mansion. The title is derived from the the doctor's name, Schreck, which means "terror" in German. And in the movie, the doctor calls his Tarot cards a "house of horrors." Hence the title.

Have to agree with jessieanchor. This has been my favourite horror anthology since I first saw it as a kid. Usually the wrap-a-round story on this type is contrived. This one is very good, tying the individual stories neatly together.
You can't palm off a second-rater on me. You gotta remember I was in the pink!
