Sharif nose whistle
I've seen this movie many times. The scene where Zhivago and Lara are in bed the first time, talking about the what ifs. Omar Sharif breathes in a deep sigh and his nose whistles as he exhales and he tries to stop it by doing a slight cough. I'm surprised Julie Christie didn't laugh.
