I've been trying to find that drink cart (the one where the top opens up and the bottles, glasses and mix rise up), but I don't even know what it's called. Any ideas?

Go online to vintage portable bars; go to thrift/antique/resale/estate sales.

Probably just easiest to have one built. Any cabinetmaker could whip one up for a few hundred dollars.
