"Commercial"
The word refers to things related to commerce--selling and buying. Non-religious Christmas decorations, lights, songs, etc. are secular, but they're not commercial. Yes, they are purchased (unless you make your own), but the intent behind displaying them on and in people's homes is not commercial.
