i never understood what this meant when cat poses as trixie the hooker near the end of the film

Since it's been two years sine you posted this question with no answer I thought I'd give you one. Cat Ballou and her gang have stolen the payroll from the development company Sir Harry Percival runs. By doing so this caused inconvenience for Sir Harry. So she was able to dress up as "Miss Trixie" and pose as a present to Sir Harry from "The town."
