'Courtesan First Class'

I got a kick out of the way Colonel Hessler kicked the "Courtesan First Class" out of his quarters after she said his commanding officer thought he was great with the ladies. But then I got curious. (1) How many "courtesans" did Nazi Germany have, and (2) If there was a "first class," were there other classes? (Maybe first class for officers, lower classes for enlisted troops?)

There were probably heaps of prostitutes during WWII, especially in Paris for the allies...

actually during all wars they are always women of questionable morals involved
all the way back to ancient times probably.

and today there are low class, street hookers and high class escort hookers...
