Return from Outer Space. Will makes it back to earth briefly but then can't convince any of the hicks where he landed that he's the real deal. According to IMDB, this was Bill Mumy's favourite ep.

Follow the Leader. John Robinson becomes possessed by a mask and at the end is about to push Will to his death off a cliff. Will knows what's about to happen but tells his dad he loves him anyway. Moved by Will's statement, his father regains his will long enough to tear the mask off and throw it off the cliff. I had a strained relationship with my dad as a boy so this ep made me a bit misty.

The early one with the cyclops cause it was so damn scary to my seven year old self.

The one with the hippies was a favorite of mine. I also liked the anti matter man episode.
