shareSo Klink could have hired the Mystery Machine, confessed that he was a former prison camp commandant, and could never figure out how Hogan got the better of him.
The Mystery Machine goes to Europe, to what used to be Stalag 13. It turns out that it's a NATO base used to house refugees from Czechoslovakia. Hammelburg looks to be less than 60 miles from what was Czechoslovakia - now the Czech Republic.
General Hogan is there running the NATO base, just days away from retirement. He's helping a high level Czech officer defect. Klink and the Mystery Machine show up, and enter the office of the Commandant. There is Hogan, and the Czech Officer.
"But you're not NATO," says Klink.
"Hogan helped me escape," says the Czech officer
"Hogan?"
"Yes, Hogan"
Klink turns to Hogan. "And you helped how many others escape?"
"Quite a few." Hogan confesses. "And I would have gotten away with it forever if it hadn't been for those meddling kids."

Of course, we can assume that LeBeau would have plied Scooby with the his own version of Scooby Snacks. Then they would have locked up him in the kennel with all the German Shepherd guard dogs. share
