"When the drunk airman stumbles in to Klink and Hogan's room, he spikes one of the drinks to put Klink to sleep. He actually hands the spiked drink to Hogan instead of Klink."

NOT TRUE, the spiked drink stays in his proper hand within the shot/scene.

too bad we can report erroneous trivia and not massively mistaken goofs.

You can. I've corrected several things that people submitted and were accepted as goofs, but the submitters didn't do their research. You can correct/delete goofs the same way you can add them.
