eva and eddie left the farm on business,and when they returned,they found haney had "sold" the farm to a family with a bunch of kids(one of whom was stuck in the chimney)..cant remember the title.

That was the episode Retreat from Washington. It was from 19 Feb, 1969 Season 4 episode 20.
