Which episode parts for "Hoyt-Clagwell"

I remember an episode of Green Acres from when I was a boy that had Oliver needing a part for his tractor. He drives all over Hooterville asking people where he can get the part.

Everyone asks:"What make of tractor is it?" Whenever he answers "It's a Hoyt-Clagwell" they always snicker and laugh into their sleeve leaving Oliver asking "What's so funny about a Hoyt-Clagwell" or some such reaction. My brother and I clearly remember this episode but I have never seen it as an adult in all the reruns I've seen. I remember laughing hysterically at it.

Was I hallucinating this as a child?

There are two or three Hoyt-Clagwell centric episodes in the series. All of them are excellent ones too.

I vaguely recall one involved contacting the factory about getting a specific part Oliver needed.

Kings1978, I too have had memories of episodes (of other series) that I wonder ever aired since I have never seen them again! Weird, isn't it? Maybe in our sleep, our minds make up other episodes to watch!

I am thinking it might have been only one scene in an episode but as my brother and I found it so hilarious our minds printed it as the leading theme of the episode and forgot about everything else that happened. As someone said, "You can't go home again."

There was an episode where the tractor broke down (actually, it seemed as if every episode had a tractor breaking down) when Oliver needed a part that fell off of the tractor. Meanwhile, Lisa was trying to arrange a party for the young girl staying with them. Oliver could not attend the party due to his need for the tractor part. In his absence, the children attending the party found the tractor part while on a treasure hunt.

That would be Season 6, Elisode 2, The Coming Out Party.

The tractor even got an acknowledgement in the closing credits.->http://pics.imcdb.org/0is34/snapshot20090613221718.7553.jpg I think the sponsor Ford did not want people to think they made the piece of crap tractor. Ironic since the tractor was really a Fordson made by Ford.
