Does anyone know whether the Green Acres house interior was created and made to look old, or was it made from parts of an actual old house they found and took apart then reassembled in the studio?

all those 'homes' were the result of hollywood set designers. and all "outdoor" scenes were indoors -- so all those houses were constructed of materials made to look that way for the sound stage they were filmed on.
I've seen tenement houses that resembled that house back then, but they were not considered inhabitable.
