I'm not entirely sure of the exact date, I believe it's 3/21/06, but the entire series is going to be available in one multi disk unit in March. Also, the first year of Flying Nun is going to be available on the same date. So, if you're a die hard Sally Field fan, like I am, save up all your pennies for March. Also, a little side note for all you SF fans, they are remaking Sally Fields' incredible film SYBIL...but, not with SF.
shareI just bought the Gidget series a couple of hours ago. On the Best Buy site, it said it was $27.99 but when I got to the store it said it was $39.99. Apparently the site price and the store price are different (which is news to me). But I still bought it nonetheless. I love this series!
shareHa ha! You and I had the same mishap with Best Buy. What I did was I went home and ordered it for store pickup. Then two hours later I got an e-mail that it was ready and went back and got it for cheaper. They're so silly. A couple days ago I bought the Flying Nun season two and this time it was cheaper at the store than at the site.
shareI've watched the first two discs and I'm enjoying the heck out of it. And while I cannot confirm it, I agree that it looks like a Samantha doll on the dresser.
