Is there any explanation as to why Gidgets brother-in-law never had a ring on showing that he was married?! I'm watching a few episodes and I never see a ring....

Ok so in earlier episodes I see the ring,in later episodes I don't... just to clear up the thought of me never seeing his ring....#notabigdeal
