There's a house called Abbots Mead (as seen in the opening shot where George Marlow (Robert Shaw) drives in through the gates to prepare the bomb) on Barnet Lane in Elstree. It was owned from 1964 (just after Tomorrow at Ten was filmed) by Stanley Kubrik. It's difficult to tell from aerial photos whether it's the same place.
After the kidnapping is reported, a real address, 14 Winnington Road, N2, is given. After Marlow leaves the house he turns right from Winnington Road into Hampstead Lane.
When Marlow kidnaps Jonathan, they drive along Brent Road in Hendon - there's a brief shot of Walters Shoe Repairs which was still there in the 2008 Google Streetview but had been replaced by another shop by the next time Google drove past.
I'm not sure what the relevance is of the Avengerland location posted by carlin4737, because as far as I can see The Thatched Barn Hotel/Elstree Moat House, Rowley Lane, Borehamwood isn't used as a location in this film.
