Watching It On THIS
I am watching this movie on THIS TV right now. It is very good and is in color. Preston Foster and Phil Carey are onvincing as the male leads and John Hoyt is always good. Merry Anders is totally beautiful and looked much better with her natural blonde hair rather than the brunette wig that Jack Webb made her wear when she did Dragnet a few years later. Joan Woodbury is also in The Time Travellers. I have seen her on Satuday mornings on TCM when they run the old Boston Blackie movie series. Joan appeared in one or two of those Boston Blackie movies in the 1940s.
The Time Travellers is very interesting and is well worth watching.
