It shows up on Ebay every once in a while on a CD called "Not of this Earth! The Film Music of Ronald Stein" and also "MAD, MOD & MACABRE THE RONALD STEIN COLLECTION CD".

There's lots of great music from Dementia 13, Not of This Earth, Attack of the 50 Foot Woman, and many others. I have a copy and the best part is the outtake with Lon Chaney (who sounds half in the bag, LOL)reading the lyrics.
