I guess it was acceptable to be a drunken bimbo back in the '60s?
That secretary was drunk (or drinking) in almost every scene she was in.

The secretary (Mary Mitchel) was pretty hot back in the day. She is still active as a script supervisor. Peter was really working hard to get her in the sack.
