Not sure where you're from, but it is available in the US and Canada as a region 1 dvd. Here are a couple of links:

You can get R2 versions as well; www.play.com doesn't currently have it in stock themselves but has some resellers with a few copies.

You can always get the answer to this question on your own simply by going to Google and doing a search for:

DVD "Movie Title Here in Quotes"

Then click Google Shopping.

Simple.
