What's up with the music notes on the poster?

Way up there and on the bottom, too. Really interesting, is this supposed to refer to the Mothra song? Or was tihs a common thing on Japanese posters?

Too many questions already, I know, but could someone please translate the texts on the poster for me? I'd really appreciate it :)
