The assassin gang subplot is entertaining as well as the monsters.

It was nice seeing an entertaining human plot, even if it didn't really have a lot to do with the monster action. I just wish Ghidorah was given more time to destroy things. It just shows him flying around shooting lightning bolts before the battle.

Agreed. This is easily my favorite Japanese "multiple monster" movie.
