I thought the movie was visually impressive for a movie made in 1964.

A lot of entertainment for $1.25 ticket price.

Outstanding production for 1964. The sets and special effects stand up in this digital age.

Yeah, you know I just watched it the other night, and to me it still resonates as a solid piece of sci-fi. It is a bit dated, but not so much that you can't enjoy the film itself. The story of the guys running from the aliens, the struggle for survival. The rescue at the end.
