Paula Prentiss in the "Man's Favorite Sport?" Movie Poster -- Sexy and Funny

Rock Hudson(to the left) is his usual self in a "light mode"(as opposed to in "Ice Station Zebra.") He's happy. He's smiling.

Paula Prentiss(to the right) is...something else. With her tongue slightly out and her eyes gazing down(at what?) and her hand stroking Hudson's neck..she's definitely very sexy. But she also seems just a little "goofy." Which fits her role in this screwball comedy. And reflects the fact that Howard Hawks made it.

It looks like Universal did a second version of this poster, with Hudson in a different experession and Prentiss MUCH less sexual in her expression. There's also a poster that combines BOTH of the pairings.

But the best poster is the one with Paula and her tounge a little bit out. Captures the essence of 60's Paula Prentiss -- funny, sexy, goofy...
