did sheila target johnny to be the driver from the beginning? it's strange how she just walked in while he was training.

No, I think at first she was a groupie who was fascinated with him and enjoyed toying with him, but she ended up going with the more secure Mr. Big/Sugardaddy boyfriend (Reagan) and using Johnny.
