The new BluRay from Twilight Time - limited to 3000 copies

I just received my new bluray of this movie and it was a pleasure to see it again in HD. I would be curious as to the origin of the song, "Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte"....you hear the song all throughout the movie...in one scene, Joseph Cotten actually plays it on the piano and sings it.....Charlotte herself has a music box that when she opens it, it plays the song....Since the song is so popular and apparently the characters in the movie know it, where did it come from? Was the song supposedly written especially FOR Charlotte?

Is the Blu Ray worth the upgrade ? I have both dvd versions of the movie so have 99% of the extras already, just want to know whether the picture quality is worth the upgrade.

I don't have the DVD version but this bluray version looks excellent....1080p all the way....very detailed....when i set my tv on the "VIVID" mode, there is a slight tinge of graininess but most b/w blurays are that way...all in all its an excellent copy and i'm glad I bought it...i have newer movies on bluray that don't look as clear as this one......its not "Human Centipede" clear but...what is?..LOL....The Human Centipede is the clearest bluray i've ever seen....of course, it was filmed in HD so I would expect that....seriously, this version of Charlotte is well worth the money, in my opinion....

The Joseph Cotten character clearly explains in one scene the the song was written for Charlotte by her dead lover John Mayhew. This is re-iterated later in the movie when Charlotte says he wrote for her and gave it to her in a music box.
