Inspired by Tintin?


Supposedly this is the case, but never got a hint of that until I got to the DVD extra features.

Rather it seemed a combination of James Bond and Indiana Jones.

But very disappointingly realized. For one thing, so often there's no music. Entire action scenes play out in silence apart from some incidental sounds. One of the great strengths of the Bond films are their music. The other thing is that the women are so bland and uninteresting. They really are just cardboard cutouts and don't add anything at all.
