Who played the glamorous woman on the train?

Who played the glamorous woman on the train with a little dog on her lap
who wanted Ringo to sit with her but he thought she was only going to reject
him in the end?

reply

No idea. Maybe it was the wife of one of the crews (cameos, uncredited).

Write Ringo and ask him, test his memory.

reply

Don't know who the woman is,but George cracks me up the way he wink's at her lol.

reply

George winks at a woman at least once in every Beatles movie, I think.

reply

You mean patti boyd ?

reply

No, the woman inside a compartment who gives Ringo a 'come hither' look. (Then Ringo tells George why he's not going to go in, as he knows the psychological pattern "plays havoc with me drum skins".)

reply

I fell in love with Pattie Boyd in '64. At 13 my hormones were raging. George and Eric had all the fun though.

reply

Not particularly helpful, but in the screenplay she has a name ("Tania").

Since it's a non-speaking part, she's not credited. Presumably somebody knows who she was, but they haven't bothered to record that information anywhere that's easy to find.
