Nah the best Felix is Jack Lord from Dr No, he actually appeared to be Bond's physical equal.

Generally when you have a character thats been played by multiple actors, the last one to portray that character is the best. Because they can improve upon the previous character version. Not to mention the Felix from the Craig Bonds was played by a black actor so that alone gives him extra points

Cec Linder (as many commentators have pointed out) is far too old for the role. As someone once said, "Linder looks like he should be Bond's uncle, not his friend in the espionage business."
