I know this show was featured in the 60's, but when did Gomer Pyle USMC go into "color episodes" mode? Which season did that start? I'm not bugged about the episodes being in color, I would just like to know.

I assume it went color beginning with the 1965-66 season, same as its "parent" show, Andy Griffith. That means there was only one season of B&W Gomers (1964-65).
