i got the impression that on
the return to mayberry movie that gomer returned
to mayberry and bought wallys gas station and brought his wife lou ann poovie

I only remember Goober and Gomer together in a scene. They were working at a garage they both owned. I don't remember any mention of Lou Ann. One scene to check would be the wedding reception for Barney and Thelma Lou at the end. Was Gomer in that and with anyone?
