Off-color joke from the days when 'Gomer' was a current show.

Gomer and Lou-Ann are "spoonin'" on her sofa. Gome is trying to "cop a feel". Lou Ann rebuffs him. Gomer says, " Well, can I just put my finger in your naval?" She agrees, but moments later exclains, "Why Gomer! Thats NOT my naval!" Gomer remarks "And that's not my FINGER. Surpriiiiise, surpriiiiise, surpriiiiiise!"

Actually that is from an Andy Griffith episode when Gomer helps Aunt Bee make pudding for the church bazaar.

I remember that joke. I got in big trouble telling it at the bus-stop in the fourth grade. The neighbor girls told their parents, and they told mine.

Yeah, I'm sure that if it happened in today's world, I'd have been suspended, reprimanded, counseled, and debriefed. And then put on some sort of sex-offenders' list.
