What was the episode where Sgt. Carter was going to box a tough Navy guy, his troops boosted his confidence, but then he got KO'd with one punch?

It was three part "Cat overboard" series though not all three episodes carried that title of course. Tige Andrews of Baretta fame played the CPO Carter was going against. Carter's platton was on maneuvers at sea with the navy. One of the episodes has Gomer "capturing" a sub.
