boxset of DVDs
They should make a boxset of DVDs. does anyone have petiton or know if they will be releasing DVDs of the show?

The company of Viacom,which owns the rights to the series,along with Paramount
Television,has been debating about this series coming to DVD for years.
They did released on DVD the complete first two seasons of "The Andy Griffith Show" and also "The Dick Van Dyke Show". And its about time that Gomer Pyle
had its day on DVD. Point taken.

I heard at tvshowsondvd.com the other day that they will proably be releasing the Gomer Pyle show on dvd soon.
