Lou Ann or Bunny

which lady would u date?

I am going to answer on the assumption that you mean dating activity in public--going to a show, a zoo, a museum, a game, etc., and then a meal, perhaps dancing included.

I would really not enjoy either one, based on the characters we saw on this series. Bunny was frequently furious with Carter even when he didn't do anything wrong. No wonder he avoided any commitment with her. Lou Ann seemed to be such an airhead who didn't seem to have much to talk about, she would drive me nuts.

For a day-long date, Bunny, easily. But I should imagine it wouldn't take long before she bawled me out for something and I couldn't see any longtime relationship with a woman like her.

Now if you asked, Vince or Gomer, who would women prefer to date?, I think from what they showed, most women would enjoy Gomer more. He was attentive to their needs and desires, asking them where they wanted to go, and interested in taking them to places where they could have fun in public. Vince wanted a cheap meal and to go back to their place for some private time. He would only grudingly take them out for a night on the town.

The negative about Gomer is that he could talk your ears off.

After watching some episodes on youtube ( I haven't seen this show much since I was a teen/young adult so I forgot a lot of it) Lou Ann was actually a very chatty person, kind of like Gomer in that she would talk about her past in her home town a lot.. probably why her and Gomer got along so well..

Bunny seemed way too coarse to me but maybe that was from being around the Sarge. Lou Ann would be interesting for a few months but then move on to another woman.

For me its def Bunny. Barbara Stuart was smokin hot back in the day. Hard to believe she has been dead 3 years. Most of the GP cast has passed on. Makes me feel old. I use to watch GP all the time when I was a kid back in the 70's.
