Pink Floyd, 'Nobody Home.'

On Pink Floyd's album and movie, "The Wall," you can briefly hear an episode of GPUSMC in the background. To wit, you can hear Gomer saying, "Surprise, surprise, surprise! Sargeant Carter's (unintelligible) in this year's (unintelligible)..."

According to wikipedia, that's from Episode 4.7, "Gomer Says Hey to the President." Can anyone confirm? I'd like to add it here.

I can say I have seen it and Sargeant Carter talking to Corporal and he is talking about picking up think Miss Armor Division of 1965 and the corporal asks how they met. And in discribing her, Sargeant Carter gives her measurements, like 26, 24 36 (I can't remember what they were). Also in the previous song, from "is there anybody out there," a track from Gunsmoke, episode called, Fandango, from 1967.

The song is performed as if alone in a hotel room, with the sounds of a television murmuring in the background; gratuitously, the voice of Jim Nabors can be heard interjecting his famous Gomer Pyle tag line, "surprise, surprise, surprise!," between the lines, "when I pick up the phone," and, "There's still nobody home."
