Yeah Fester was from the Frump side of the family, I don't think the Frumps were as weird as the Addamses.

It showed Ophelia and Hester Frump a few times.
And they seemed a bit bizzare, but not as bizzare as the Addams.
I always thought I'd like the Frump family, b/c they would be normal enough to where you wouldn't feel in danger around them, but still odd enough to be interesting.
I know Hester always looked at Morticia as an oddball, and talked about how strange the food was she liked to cook.
And Ophelia was talking about making a bouque of roses, daises and fresh weeds, so they are just the right mix I think.

and according to Hester Morticia liked to play in the snow when she had pneumonia!! there was something else she did also....but yeah the Frump's were great. Although I think Morticia got her 'smoking' power from that side.

If Hester was Fester's sister why did he call her granny, and why was his last name Frump if that should have been Morticia's father's last name?
shareMmm I dunno about him calling her Granny unless she was a lot older like everyone called Granny "Granny" on the Beverlly Hillbillies.
And I don't think Fester's last name was ever really mentioned was it? Once someone asked him and he couldn't remember it.
And also the Addams' and Frumps were untraditional, so who says all the women have to change their names to their husbands?
