For Addams Family tv show/movie experts! Help!!

Does anyone remember a movie that was kind of a rip off of the Addams family tv show...the movie was fromt he 70s and it was about a family that had some characters like the Addams family. They would invite people to come stay in their home and then the people would end up dead! Some scenes were: The female lead of the family swallowed a rat whole...her mouth opened wider than humanly possible kind of like a snake, another scene involved a hallway with hands and arms coming out of the walls that would grap people, there was a man eating plant, and a character like cousin IT that attacked a woman. Does this ring a bell at all? Thanks!
